Darwin came to our home with the attitude that he came to see me and help me with my problem. I found that very comforting and that he wasn't just a salesperson. I had never met this individual before, yet he sat in our home and visited with me like a friend. He answered every question I had with patience. He and any other individual you send out truly is the first reflection of your company.
As you are aware, this is usually a large expense for most individuals to have replaced. it came much sooner than we had expected. I appreciate your company working with me and allowing me to make this purchase in three payments. My husband was out of town and I was under a lot of stress. We discussed options and Darwin was very willing to work with me regarding financial arrangements.
I was a bit anxious on the day of installation. I hope I remember his name correctly to be Tony. He was very professional the moment he walked into our home and represented your company in an extremely positive way. Everything was calm, relaxed, and clean. I appreciated the tarps placed on our stairway and carpeted areas. The gentleman with him was also very professional and polite.
Lastly, the surprise container of cookies convinced me your company pays attention. You appreciated my decision to choose RM Mechanical.
I will close by restating the two individuals I came in contact with were the only people I saw from your company. Their role is very important. They could not have done a better job representing RM Mechanical.

Ernest left a short time ago and I couldn't be happier. There was nothing wrong with the unit I needed to "replace". He checked all three, checked the unit really needing service and added Freon. He's a keeper, very thorough and explains in layman's terms what he was doing. He is also very happy with your company. As an HR professional pushing over 30 years in the field, motivating and retaining your human assets is job one, and it appears you are doing something right!

I took Carl's advice and called these guys out. I also called two others. RM was not the cheapest price. However, Darwin spent the most time with me, explaining things in laymen's terms and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. We had them replace our 2 A/C units with Trane XL16i units. We have been very happy with them so far. Darwin sent Ernest and Tony out. They did excellent work and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They did what I consider to be above average work. THe City Inspector came out and 2 very minor changes for them to make. I have already referred Darwin to another person who got a new unit and I would be comfortable referring him to anyone else.–Lisa E.

A couple Thursday evenings ago, two (2) of the AC units went out on the same day. In that area of the building, there are two groups that meet that night. I was beginning to panic, when I called Bill, mind you this was around 6:00 pm. Without hesitation, he said he let me finish checking an AC unit at other church and will call you upon arriving. He located one of he problems; we were able to use those rooms that night. The other unit needed a new compressor. The next day, he and Alex arrived early in the morning and stayed here until the project was completed. All systems were ready to operate for the Sunday morning services.
What I observed about Bill - he is a dedicated, detail oriented individual that understands the importance of delivering a quality product. His personal touch is evident in everything he does.

I feel it necessary to inform you how pleased we are with the cooler move that your crew did for us over the first week of January. Not only was your crew punctual and professional, they were also extremely thorough in their scope of work. In moving the units, they discovered some faulty valves and parts, which, had they not been founds, would have inevitable led to a catastrophic loss of frozen goods. For this alone, we are forever grateful.
Ramon, Victor, Bear and Damien work extremely well together as a team (several others assisted... Alex, and possibly 2 more). Again, they were always punctual, friendly, eager to do a great job, and had consistent fun. It was very obvious that the team looks up to Ramon, and on several occasions mentioned that he was the best on the crew. I spoke to all of them, asked many questions (all of which were honestly answered), and they all indicated that they enjoy their jobs, as well as the team that they work with.
You ave a solid crew on your hands. You will be recommended to anyone that inquires, and should we need similar work done in the future, you can est assured that we will demand the best results, and your team to fulfill them.

The technician was Ron Mestauskas and I will say that in all my years in Austin, I have never had better service on a home related project. Ron was a pleasure and explained everything he was doing to the unit. He was extremely professional and I enjoyed learning a little about air conditioning systems (not that I plan on working on this one). I have also met Bill who has worked on a couple of other units in our condo complex. He was also very helpful with some general information about your company. I just wanted to send a couple of "atta-boys" to your service team - specifically Robert and Ron. I did not expect RM Mechanical to service my area (Kyle/Wimberley) I am very happy I made the call.
Professionalism: I've never had a service company give me an exact time instead of a 4 to 5 hour block to arrive. That set you apart from the beginning. Ron was even about 5 minutes early.
Safety: After we flipped the breaker I thought was the only power source to the unit, Ron did another check. There were multiple breakers that supplied power to the unit.
Getting the job done: Ron's goal was not to fix the "symptoms" but the whole problem. There were a couple of times while he was here that the unit seemed to be working fine. He ran the system through some "real world" tests and found additional aspects of the problem.
Gaining trust and salesmanship: Ron briefly mentioned the PM schedule at one point. After gaining our trust with his obvious capabilities, he brought it up again and explained the benefits. My husband will be signing us up today.
Bottom line: I'll be recommending RM Mechanical / Efficient Air to anyone who asks and even those who don't.
